Laser equipments

- TDL+ dye laser (Quantel) pumped by a frequency doubled or tripled nanosecond Nd:YAG laser (Spectra-Physics, Pro-250) delivering 120 mJ at 600 nm, repetition rate 10 Hz. The output of the dye can be doubled and tripled.

- Optical Parametric Oscillator (MOPO, Spectra-Physics) pumped by a frequency tripled seeded nanosecond Nd:YAG laser (Spectra-Physics, Pro-250) delivering 60 mJ at 500 nm, repetition rate 10 Hz.

- Broadband OPO (Basiscan, GWU) pumped by a frequency tripled nanosecond Nd:YAG laser (Spectra-Physics, Indi), repetition rate 20 Hz, delivering 30 mJ at 600 nm.

- Midband OPO (Opolette, Opotek), pumped by a nanosecond YAG laser (Quantel Centurion), repetition rate 1-100 Hz, delivering 2 mJ at 600 nm. The output can be doubled to scan down to 210 nm.

- Nd:YAG laser (Continuum, Surelite I), repetition rate 10 Hz delivering 200 mJ at 532 nm, 100 mJ at 355 nm, 70 mJ at 266 nm and 20 mJ at 213 nm.

- Nd:YAG laser (Innolas, Spitlight 600), repetition rate 50 Hz, delivering 260 mJ at 532 nm, 150 mJ at 355 nm.

- F2 or ArF excimer laser (Neweeks), repetition rate 1-300 Hz, delivering up to 1 mJ at 157 nm and up to 5 mJ at 193 nm.

- VUV laser chain (four-wave mixing in rare gas), repetition rate 20 Hz, generating radiation in the 50 000 -140 000 cm-1 (6-17 eV) range ; spectral resolution about 10-2 cm-1.
