Crystallization of organic compounds and proteins is a crucial process in various industries, including pharmaceuticals. For example, many organic compounds exhibit crystal polymorphism, where identical molecules form distinct crystal structures. These polymorphs often display varying physicochemical properties, making polymorphism a key research area. In this seminar, I will introduce this crystallization phenomenon and talk about the development of crystallization control technology using ultrashort pulse laser.
